Question 1

What areas of Auckland do you cover?

Accepted Answer

We service commercial premises and properties across the entire Auckland region, from Manukau in the south to Auckland CBD in the north and everything in between. Inner suburbs, business parks, industrial areas, and residential short-stay properties.

Question 2

How do you calculate the price?

Accepted Answer

We give you a confirmed fixed price fast. Just tell us your floor area, number of bathrooms, and number of kitchens and we will give you a number on the spot. No formulas to work out yourself. No waiting for a quote.

Question 3

Can I get a fixed price without a site visit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Chat or call our support team right now and we will give you a confirmed fixed price in under two minutes, any time of day or night. For very large or complex premises a site visit may be arranged to confirm details, but for most commercial offices and Airbnb properties you will have your price before you have finished your coffee.

Question 4

Do you use the same cleaners every visit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We send the same team to your premises each visit so your staff recognise them and they know your space.

Question 5

What cleaning frequency options do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Daily, three times per week, twice per week, weekly, or fortnightly schedules. We match the frequency to your space, foot traffic, and budget.

Question 6

What time of day do you clean?

Accepted Answer

Before business hours, after business hours, or during the day. We work around your operation so the clean never disrupts your business.

Question 7

What is included in a standard office clean?

Accepted Answer

Vacuuming and mopping, surface wiping and dusting, kitchen cleaning, bathroom and toilet sanitising, waste removal and bin liners, and high-touch point disinfection. Inclusions can be tailored to your premises.

Question 8

Do you bring your own equipment and products?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We supply all equipment and products. If you have specific or eco-friendly preferences, let us know and we will accommodate where possible.

Question 9

What is the 6-month contract offer?

Accepted Answer

If you sign a 6-month fixed-term contract, your first month is completely free. Months 2–6 are at the agreed rate. After 6 months it rolls to month-to-month automatically.

Question 10

What happens if I am not happy with the clean?

Accepted Answer

Contact our support team directly via chat, voice, or email at Michael@officeclean.co.nz and it will be addressed immediately. We do not pass complaints through a system. Every issue is dealt with directly and fast.

Question 11

Do you offer one-off cleans or only ongoing contracts?

Accepted Answer

Both. One-off cleans are priced at 1.4× the ongoing rate to reflect the additional setup. Many clients start with a one-off and move to ongoing once they are happy.

Question 12

How quickly can you start?

Accepted Answer

In most cases we can have a schedule in place within one week. Chat with our support team right now and we will tell you exactly when we can start for your specific location and requirements.
